All orders placed through this website are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices shown do not include delivery charges, which are calculated separately based on your delivery location and added at checkout confirmation.
For select orders, an advance payment via eSewa, Khalti, or bank transfer may be required to confirm your order. Please upload a valid screenshot of your payment confirmation when prompted. Orders without valid payment proof may be delayed or cancelled.
A minimum order value applies to all online orders. If your cart total is below this amount, you will be asked to add more items before checkout.
We aim to deliver all orders promptly, but delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
The delivery charge is calculated based on the approximate road distance between the restaurant and the delivery location:

Orders may be cancelled or modified only before they are confirmed/preparing. Once an order is being prepared, cancellation may not be possible.
Information you provide (name, phone, address) is used solely to process and deliver your order, and to contact you regarding order status. We do not sell your information to third parties.
